If a product you purchase is defective, through no fault of the customer, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will arrange an exchange or refund.
Return ProcedureAll returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 5-10 business days from the time your product is received by Geoma.
Inspection CriteriaProducts must contain the original manufacturer packaging, be free from wear and tear or evidence of excessive use, and be shipped securely. Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with. The product serial number, or any similar identification number, must match the serial number on the package or invoice. Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement, or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Products so labeled with a security seal must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
Advance ReplacementWe will ship the replacement product to you first before receiving your defective product. You have 30 days to send us your defective product. A valid credit card is required to ensure that Geoma receives the returned product within 30 days from the date on which the replacement product is shipped. Please see below for more details about the service.
RMA Return ProceduresDefective parts must be returned within 30 calendar days of the ship date of the replacement part(s). For defective products that have not been returned within 30 calendar days after shipment of the replacement parts, Geoma reserves the right to charge for liquidated damages equivalent to the current full list price of the part(s). If you require an extension to the due date because of special circumstances, you must contact your sales rep by telephone at (909) 501-1472 or email at rma@geoma.io to request approval.
Return ShippingFor your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation, Geoma shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Geoma may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.
