Who is responsible for shipping charges?

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. All shipments are FOB. All prices provided and invoiced are FOB USA.

Can I pick up my order?

Call us to make arrangements for order pick up directly to our sales team.

How do we ship?

Geoma ships with all common shipping methods including FedEx, DHL, and UPS to most countries worldwide. For your convenience, we do offer (at minimal costs) local shipping to our client's freight forwarders area. Free shipping requirements with MOQ must be established directly with your sales rep. WE DO NOT SHIP USING POSTAL SERVICE (USPS). For further details, refer to your sales representative for further details. 

Does Geoma follow the laws and regulations of the US in which the product is being shipped?

We adhere to US Federal Laws and California State Law where Geoma is registered as a Corporation under Geoma LLC.
